Program Details:
The School Aged Child Care (SACC) After School Program is open to students enrolled in Comal ISD, who are in kindergarten through fifth grades and are capable of functioning independently in a group setting. Our daily schedule varies at each campus, but we do provide homework time, academic enrichment, group games, arts and crafts, indoor/outdoor play, and snack time.
Program hours and days of operation: Opens immediately after school is released and closes at 6:30 p.m. (hours include early release days). We are closed for all CISD Student Holidays.
Registration Fee: $50 per student/$100 max per family
2022- 2023 Biweekly Tuition: $125 per student - please see the payment calendar below
Late Tuition Payment: $10 per student (Refer to the Parent Handbook for additional details.)
Late Pick-up Fee: $5 per student for the first 10 minutes (Refer to the Parent Handbook for additional details.)
*Registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for weeks or days not attended. There are no daily or drop-in rates.

Registration is online. Click on the link below to access our Eleyo parent portal.
Eleyo is a convenient mobile-friendly online platform for registration, payments, and account management. Eleyo can be accessed using a computer, iPad, or a smartphone.

Before you begin the online enrollment process, create your Eleyo profile.
Gather the following information for reference:
- Name and phone number of all individuals you authorize to pick up your child (including an emergency contact)
- Credit/Debit Card—(Visa, Master Card, or Discover) The first tuition payment and registration fee must be paid online when submitting enrollment.
Once the enrollment form and payment are submitted, it may take up to 5 business days to process your pending contract. If you do not receive an email stating your contract has been approved you have been placed on a waitlist.
