Register Your Child:
Registration is online through the Eleyo parent portal.
Eleyo is a convenient mobile-friendly online platform for registration, payments, and account management. Eleyo can be accessed using a computer, iPad, or a smartphone.
Before you begin the online enrollment process, create your Eleyo profile.
Gather the following information for reference:
- Name and phone number of all individuals you authorize to pick up your child (including an emergency contact)
- Credit/Debit Card—(Visa, Master Card, or Discover). The first tuition payment and registration fee must be paid online, which will be charged upon contract approval.
Registering your student does not guarantee enrollment into SACC. Once registration is completed you will receive an automated confirmation email, with the subject line stating: "Your School Age Child Care After School Program Contract Request". This puts your contract on a waitlist for contract review and for verification of availability at your selected campus.
Once your contract has been reviewed and verification of placement is confirmed, we can then approve your student and you will receive an automated email, with the subject stating: "Your School Age Child Care After School Program Confirmation" and you will then be charged the registration fee, per child, and the first weekly tuition of $170, per child, to your saved payment method. If funds are returned as insufficient, an account is unfound, or a notification to not honor card, we will move on to the next waiting contract.
