PTA Clothes Closet
In 2019, the Comal ISD Council of PTAs launched the Clothes Closet to serve the basic needs of students enrolled in the district. Families in need with children in Comal ISD from kindergarten through 12th grade, may request a voucher from a nurse, counselor or teacher which they can use to shop in the Clothes Closet twice per school year.
The volunteer-run store accepts clothing donations throughout the school year with donation drives. Acceptable donations include new and gently used school-appropriate clothing and outerwear items for ages 5 to 18.
Students and families may contact their campus counselor to learn more about qualifying for services.
Volunteers are always needed to sort, wash, fold, stock and assist customers. Volunteering at the Clothes Closet is a rewarding experience and we welcome you to join us!
