Comal Discipline Center

The Comal Discipline Center (CDC) is a disciplinary alternative education placement school established by the Comal Independent School District in compliance with state law. CDC provides a structured, alternative approach to education and is designed to help students who have school discipline problems develop appropriate school behaviors and academic techniques that lead to success in the traditional school environment.

 

The mission of Comal Discipline Center (CDC) is to help students modify their behavior and improve academic and social skills so they can achieve success in the regular school setting. CDC uses a variety of techniques including close monitoring of behavior, intense teacher and computer assisted instruction, and personal behavior modification counseling to accomplish this mission.
