SACC Registration

Enroll in the School Age Child Care Program!

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Create an ARUX account (guide)
  2. Complete the enrollment application (guide)
  3. An email will be sent within 20 business days stating whether or not your application was approved.
  4. View your application status under your profile. If your status reads "pending approval" your application has been placed on a waitlist.
Important: Registering your child does not guarantee a spot in the SACC program.
Approved - Once you receive notification that your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the registration fee as well as first tuition fee (per student) will be charged to your saved payment method.
Waitlist - If you have been placed on the waitlist, please expect an email from Doris Padilla when a spot becomes available. This email will have the option to accept or decline the placement.

Application Process

  1. Registration Opens
    • Once registration opens, families will submit their registration application online. 
  1. Waitlist Placement Upon Submission
    • After submission, all registrations are initially placed on a waitlist while applications are reviewed, and campus availability is confirmed. 
  1. Application Review Period
    • The review process may take up to 20 business days from the registration opening date. 
  1. Enrollment Approval and Payment Processing
    • If space is available for your student within the 20-business-day review period, your registration will be approved, and payment will be automatically processed using the payment method on file.
    • At the time of approval, the biweekly tuition and registration fee for each child will be charged to secure their enrollment in the program.
    • If funds are returned as insufficient, an account is unfound, or a notification to not honor card, we will move on to the next waiting contract.
    • Please note that payment will be processed without prior notice to the account holder. Once approved, the account holder will receive an enrollment confirmation email from ARUX. 
  1. Waitlist Status After 20 Business Days
    • If you have not received an enrollment confirmation email from ARUX after 20 business days, this means your registration remains on the waitlist. 
  1. Notification of Future Availability
    • If a spot becomes available after the 20-business-day review period, the account holder will receive an email notification informing them that space is available for their student.
