SACC Registration

Registration for our 2018-2019 SACC program is open!!

Please use Google Chrome or Firefox when registering or making payments through the EZChildTrack Parent Portal. Internet Explorer and Safari are not supported browsers of the program and may result in errors.

The SACC After School Program is open to students enrolled in Comal ISD’s kindergarten through fifth grades and that are capable of functioning independently in a group setting. The adult-child ratio will be maintained at approximately one (1) to twenty (20).

Program hours and days of operation: Opens immediately after school is released and closes at 6:30 p.m. (hours include early release days)


Registration Fee: $30 per student/$60 maximum per family *

2018- 2019 Biweekly Tuition: $80 per student*, (regardless of attendance)

Late Tuition Payment $10 per student *, (please see Payment Policy for further detail, Pg 6 of Parent Handbook)

Late Pick-up Fee: $5 per student for first 10 minutes *, (please see Late Pick-ups for more details, Pg 6 of Parent Handbook)

*Registration fees are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits will be given for weeks or days not attended. There are no daily or drop-in rates.



To Enroll— You will need to click on the link below and select "New Customers Open Account" or "Returning Customers" if you are already a SACC customer. Registration will be completely online.

Before you begin the online enrollment process, please gather the following information for reference:

  • Student physician information—name, address, phone numbers,
  • Credit/debit Card—(Visa, Master Card, or Discover). The first After School Program tuition payment ($80.00 per student) and registration fee ($30 per student/$60 max per family) must be paid online when submitting enrollment.

Once the enrollment form is submitted it may take up to five (5) business days for the application to be processed and approved. Students may begin the SACC program the Monday following the approval of their enrollment application. Payment must be made prior to your student(s) attending the SACC program. You will receive a confirmation email once the application has been processed and approved.

If you have an emergency, please call your child's SACC site. Make arrangements for another authorized person to pick up your child. When a child is not picked up by 6:30 p.m. a late fee of $5, per student, will be charged from 6:30 p.m. to 6:40 p.m. for each additional minute after, a .50 cents charge will be added, per child. The person who picks up your child(ren) will need to pay the fee and sign a late arrival form. If we have not heard from parent/guardian by 6:45 p.m., emergency contacts will be called in the order that they appear on the form. If a student is left late more than four times, it may lead to suspended child care privileges.


Parent/Guardian may withdraw their child from SACC by filling out a Withdrawal Form. The forms can be obtained from a SACC Senior Associate at the site your child attends or on the link below. If a parent/guardian withdraws their child(ren) and later wants to return to the program, this can only be done if there is space available and all past balances are paid. If space is not available, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted on a first come-first served basis. Having paid a registration fee earlier in the year, prior to withdrawing, does not guarantee a space should you want to return.

Withdrawal will not be effective until the withdrawal form is received by our SACC Registrar. This can be done by one of the following methods: 1) email and attach completed form; 2) print and mail completed form to CISD SACC, 1404 IH 35 North, New Braunfels, TX 78130 ; or 3) fax the completed form to (830) 221-2192.
