Operations

The Comal Independent School District's Operations Department is dedicated to creating and maintaining optimal learning environments across the district's expansive 589 square miles. Serving over 30,000 students across 35 campuses, our team manages construction, planning, land acquisition, maintenance, custodial services, and transportation.
