It's become an annual event that both kindergarten students and high school students look forward to - the Canyon High School Kindergarten Farm Day.
CHS students work hard to create presentations for their young counterparts. These presentations include areas where kids get to pet animals such as horses and rabbits, but they extend beyond that with educational presentations about farming, ranching and nutrition too.
Kindergarten students from seven elementary campuses visit Farm Day every year including Goodwin Frazier Elementary, Garden Ridge Elementary, Morningside Elementary, Clear Spring Elementary, Freiheit Elementary, Oak Creek Elementary and Hoffmann Lane Elementary.
