2026 Exceptional Senior Award Honorees with six pictures

Class of 2026: Six Comal ISD Seniors Receive Exceptional Senior Award

Six Comal ISD recent graduates are among 36 students across Texas’ 21st congressional district to receive the 2026 Exceptional Senior Award from U.S. Representative Chip Roy. These honorees were Nominated by their schools for their high levels of character, leadership, integrity and diligence.

Class of 2026 Honor Graduates: Summa, Magna and Cum Laude

The Class of 2026 included 300 students graduating with academic honors. The summa cum laude, magna cum laude and cum laude titles mean hours of studying for tests, completing homework assignments and collaborating on projects.

Final Art Show Features Artists from Eight Campuses

The final district art show featured student artwork from the Pieper High School feeder pattern along with Memorial Early College High School. Three pieces were selected for the Superintendent's Excellence Award for Art including a life-like portrait, a colorful bird and a winter wonderland.
