Educational Adequacy Assessment

Educational Specifications Development

Facility Condition Assessment
An evaluation to determine how well each campus supports teaching and learning goals, resulting in an Educational Adequacy Index score. Creation of tailored Educational Specifications that reflect Comal ISD's educational programs, ensuring alignment with the district's Strategic Plan. A review of facilities over ten years old to identify maintenance needs and life-safety issues, providing a budget for necessary repairs.
