Board of Trustees Single-Member District Boundary Description

SMD ONE: Start at the intersection of Guadalupe River and Wood Meadows Road. Go southeast on Wood Meadows, northeast on New Braunfels city limits (located just south and parallel to Frostwood Drive), then north on Loop 337, east on Summerwood Drive, north on Buttercup Lane, east on Tulip Lane, north on Gruene Road, east on Shannon Circle, and north on Missouri Pacific Railroad. Go south on FM 306, northeast on Goodwin Lane, northwest on Conrads Lane, northeast on Hunter Road/FM 1102/FM 2439 to eastern ISD boundary, also being Comal and Hays County line. Follow ISD boundary south then west to the intersection with the Guadalupe River. Follow the Guadalupe River in a northwesterly direction to the point of origin with Wood Meadows Road.

SMD TWO: Start at the intersection of FM 2722 and Comal/New Braunfels ISD boundary. Go north on FM 2722, east on FM 2673, north on Island View, west on Post Oak Drive extended to cove on Canyon Lake. Follow center line of Canyon Lake in an easterly direction to Guadalupe River access at the dam. Follow southeasterly along the Guadalupe River, northwest on Valley Drive, north on River's Edge Drive, and southeast on FM 306. Go north on Purgatory Road to ISD boundary, also being Comal/Hays county line. Go southeast on ISD boundary to FM 2439. Go southwest on FM 2439/FM 1102/Hunter Road, southeast on Conrads Lane, southwest on Goodwin Lane, north on FM 306, south on Missouri Pacific Railroad, west on Shannon Circle, south on Gruene Road, west on Tulip Lane, south on Buttercup Lane, west on Summerwood Drive, south on Loop 337, southwest on New Braunfels city limit (located just south of and parallel to Frostwood Lane). Go northwest on Wood Meadows, northwest along the Guadalupe River, then southwest along the ISD boundary to the point of origin at FM 2722.

SMD THREE: Start at the Guadalupe River and the western ISD boundary, also being the Comal/Kendall county line. Follow the ISD boundary northeast to include that portion of the ISD in Kendall County, and then southeast to include that portion of ISD in Hays County to the intersection with Purgatory Road. Go south on Purgatory Road, northwest on FM 306, south on River's Edge Drive, southeast on Valley Drive, and west on Guadalupe River access at the dam. Follow the center line of Canyon Lake west to the Guadalupe River; continue west along the Guadalupe River to U.S. 281. Go south on U.S. 281, west on Rolling Creek, northwest on Acacia Parkway, south on Phantom Rider Trail, southwest on Grand Oak Drive, south on Falling Water, west on Driftwood Ridge, north and then east on Spring Branch Road. Follow the Guadalupe River west back to the point of origin at the western ISD boundary.

SMD FOUR: Start at the intersection of Elbel Creek and the Guadalupe River. Follow the Guadalupe River in an easterly direction to the center line of Canyon Lake. Follow the center line of Canyon Lake in an easterly, southeasterly direction to Post Oak Drive extended. Go east on Post Oak Drive extended, south on Island View, and west on FM 2673, south on FM 2722 to the intersection of Comal/New Braunfels ISD boundary. Go southwest, then south along the ISD boundary to the intersection with FM 1863. Go northwest on FM 1863/Bulverde Road, south on Smithson Valley Road, west on Cibolo Creek, north on Stahl Lane to the east/west transmission line corridor. Go east on east/west transmission line corridor, northeast on Smithson Valley Road, northwest on W. E. Green Road to State Highway46. Go west on SH 46 and then north on Elbel Creek extended back to the point of origin with the Guadalupe River.

SMD FIVE: Start at the intersection of the Guadalupe River and the western ISD boundary, also being the Comal/Kendall County line. Follow the Guadalupe River in a north/northeasterly direction to Spring Branch Road, west then south on Spring Branch Road, east on Driftwood Ridge, northeast on Grand Oaks Drive, north on Phantom Rider Trail, southeast on Acacia Parkway, southeast on Rolling Creek, and north on U.S. Highway 281. Go east on Guadalupe River, south on Elbel Creek extended, east on SH 46, southeast on W.E. Green Road, southwest on Smithson Valley Road, and west on east/west transmission line corridor. Go south on Stahl Lane, east on Cibolo Creek, south/southwest on Smithson Valley Road, west on Bulverde Road, and north on U.S. 281. Go west on East Borgfeld Drive, then west on West Borgfeld Drive, north on Old Blanco Road, and west on Cibolo Creek, also being the Comal/Bexar County line. Go north on Ralph Fair Road, north on ISD boundary, then northeast on Comal/Kendall County line back to the point of origin with Guadalupe River.

SMD SIX: Start at the intersection of Cibolo Creek and Old Blanco Road. Go south on Old Blanco Road, east on West Borgfeld Drive, northeast/east on East Borgfeld Drive, and south on U.S. 281 to the southern ISD boundary. Follow the ISD boundary west then north. Go east on Cibolo Creek back to the point of origin at Old Blanco Road.

SMD SEVEN: Start at the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Bulverde Road. Go southeast on Bulverde Road, northeast/north on Smithson Valley Road, and southeast on Bulverde Road/FM 1863 to the intersection with Comal/New Braunfels ISD boundary. Follow ISD boundary south, west, northwest to U.S. 281. Go north on U.S. 281 to the point of origin with Bulverde Road.
