Comal ISD juniors will be taking the SAT with Essay on Wednesday, March 3. High schools will send information soon to parents and students detailing the plans for the day.
The school district will proctor tests at participating high school campuses (Canyon High School, Canyon Lake High School, Davenport High School, Smithson Valley High School, and Memorial Early College High School). All On Campus and Remote Learners in 11th grade have been registered to test. Remote Learning students interested in participating in these tests may do so at their home campuses on March 3.
Students who come to campus for the SAT Essay test must submit and pass a health screener on the day of the test. Comal ISD’s health and safety guidelines will be enforced, including always wearing a face mask.
Remote Learning students must present their student ID to campus personnel. Remote Learning students will leave campus immediately after completing the test. Students can use their own College Board approved calculator for testing.
