Comal ISD Catering Request Form

Welcome to the Comal ISD Child Nutrition catering form. In partnership with SFE, we are pleased to offer our comprehensive catering services to meet your special event needs!

Catering requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks before day of event.

Once this form is submitted, the catering manager will review your request and reach back out to you with a quote and invoice for your event.
