T-TESS Overview

T-TESS focuses on student achivement through the development of teachers. With a coaching framework in mind, this process uses data, feedback and reflection as a means to align professional learning goals that will result in student success. T-TESS is built from the Texas Teaching Standards, includes a rubric that helps teachers gauge where they are in their practice and encourages goal setting as a continuous practive to achieve results.

The T-TESS rubric contains five performance levels - Distinguished, Accomplished, *Proficient, Developing, and Improvement Needed.
