We are excited to welcome children back to school for the 2020-2021 school year.
 
Your patience while we work through these uncharted waters together is appreciated. While our program will look a little different than it has in the past, we want to assure you that we will strive to make each day a great one for your child. We truly appreciate you entrusting us with the care of your child after school.
  • Priority registration will begin on Wednesday, Aug. 5 at 7 a.m. for anyone who was previously enrolled in the 2019-2020 SACC program. Priority registration will close on Friday, Aug. 7, at 11 p.m.

  • Public registration will open on Monday, Aug. 10 at 7 a.m.
 
**SACC sites will likely reach their capacity for enrollment during priority registration. Priority registration does not guarantee a spot in our program, so registering as early as possible is recommended.**
 
Program Details:
The School Aged Child Care (SACC) After School Program is open to students enrolled in Comal ISD, who are in kindergarten through fifth grades and are capable of functioning independently in a group setting. The adult-child ratio will be maintained at approximately one to eighteen (1:18). Our daily schedule varies at each campus, but we do provide homework time, academic enrichment, group games, arts and crafts, indoor/outdoor play, and snack time.
 
Program hours and days of operation: Opens immediately after school is released and closes at 6:30 p.m. (hours include early release days). We are closed for all CISD Student Holidays.
 
Registration Fee: $50 per student/$100 max per family
 
2020- 2021 Biweekly Tuition: $125 per student - please see the payment calendar below
 
Late Tuition Payment: $10 per student (Refer to the Parent Handbook for additional details.)
 
Late Pick-up Fee: $5 per student for first 10 minutes (Refer to the Parent Handbook for additional details.)
 
*Registration fees are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits will be given for weeks or days not attended. There are no daily or drop-in rates.

Register Your Child:
Registration will be completely online. Click on the link below to access our EZCT parent portal and select "New Customers Open Account" or "Returning Customers" if you are already a SACC customer.
 
Use Google Chrome or Firefox when registering or making payments through the EZChildTrack Parent Portal (Internet Explorer and Safari are not supported browsers of the program and may result in errors). We also recommend completing the detailed enrollment application on a desktop or laptop and not a mobile device.
 
Before you begin the online enrollment process, gather the following information for reference:
  • Student's physician information—name, address and phone number
  • Name and phone number of all individuals you authorize to pickup your child (including an emergency contact)
  • Credit/Debit Card—(Visa, Master Card, or Discover) The first tuition payment and registration fee must be paid online when submitting enrollment.

Once the enrollment form and payment are submitted, it may take up to five (5) business days for the application to be processed and approved. Students may begin the SACC program on Tuesday, Aug. 25, following the approval of their enrollment application. You will receive a confirmation email once the application has been processed and approved.
