Transfer Procedures
Transfer SACC Sites
A Parent/Guardian may request a transfer within the regular school year SACC program by filling out a Transfer Form. The forms can be obtained from a SACC Site Lead at the campus your child attends or by clicking on the attachment below. If a parent/guardian is transferring their student(s), this can only be done if there is space available at the new site. If space is not available, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted on a first come-first served basis. Being currently enrolled in the SACC Program, prior to transferring, does not guarantee a space. Making a transfer at the school with the Front Office Staff does not process a transfer in our SACC program. You must fill out the SACC Transfer Form and notify the SACC Registrar as noted on the form. Transfer Requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the week you wish to have your child start attending the new campus.
Transfers will not be considered until the form is received by the SACC Registrar. This can be done by one of the following methods:
1) Email Doris Padilla and attach completed form; or
2) Fax the completed form to (830) 221-2192

The School Age Child Care Program follows the policies and procedures of the District.
