Purchasing Snacks at School

Please complete this form if you want your child to purchase snack items provided in the school cafeteria or limit their daily spending access.

  • All Elementary students are REQUIRED to have a permission form on file before any snack/extra purchasing.
 
Restriction options are included on the form for all grade groups.
