#ComalCommitment

RESPONSIBILITY, RESPECT, JUDGEMENT, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, COURTESY,
CONFIDENCE, TEAMWORK, EMPATHY, PERSEVERANCE

The #ComalCommitment is a social-emotional learning experience designed to bring a consistent message to all CISD students, parents and community members simultaneously. Comal ISD believes in preparing students for life beyond graduation. Our students not only learn to master academics, they are instilled with comprehensive character qualities to be successful in life.  Each month, students will learn about a new character trait addressing tough issues while developing a positive school climate. The character education schedule can be found below.

Ask your kids (K-12) about these character traits, then look for them within your kids and in your community. Make a commitment with us! Together we can stop bullying and build children that are both empathetic and resilient.

You can see our video below OR at the Creekside Cinema 30 minutes before EVERY movie!
