For 22 years, Comal Education Foundation has served Comal ISD through our mission to enrich learning and expand educational opportunities so all students can excel. We are inviting you to share that mission with us.
As you may know, taxpayer dollars fund Comal ISD’s operating budget that meets daily operational needs to provide quality education and prepare facilities for learning. Unfortunately, tax revenue from the state is declining during a time Comal ISD is experiencing unprecedented growth. Local tax dollars are stretched as far as possible to meet the basic needs but limits discretionary resources for our schools.
By partnering with CEF, your contribution addresses the need for funds that go above and beyond the district’s operating budget to deliver innovative resources and added support for Comal ISD’s strategic initiatives. Contributions from corporations, local businesses, and neighbors like you allow CEF to award teachers grant funds that creatively help fill the gaps in learning through new, leading-edge programs that enhance the current curriculum.

Together, as partners in education, we can work cooperatively to strengthen education opportunities for children and efforts toward building a more vibrant and stable community.
