02/01/2012 Parents are you looking for a Valentine Gift to give to your students' teacher(s). Give a Jean Pass and allow the teacher to wear jeans to school on a day of their choosing. CMS PTA is selling Jean Passes for $2.00 each. Please complete this order form and return to school by Feb 14th.

Please place this form and your money (cash or check to CMS PTA) in an envelope and have your child give it to their advisory teacher or drop it off at the office. Your Jean Passes will be given to your child to bring home. If you purchase the Jean Pass on the 14th of Feb the Jean Pass will be given to your child that day to give to their teacher.
