Students eligible for the SACC After School Program enrollment are five through eleven years old and must be enrolled in Comal ISD kindergarten through fifth grades. The program begins immediately after school and closes at 6:30 PM on Monday through Friday. The program will be opened every day the children have to attend school. We will be closed on all student holidays. MVES & RCES ONLY - will still be considered K-6th grade campuses and will allow sixth grade to continue to attend until the new middle school opens in their area.

ENROLLMENT:
Students may not attend before the following is done:
- To determine if space is available contact:
Cindy Gore (830-221-2104) for these campuses – CES, GFES, GPS, HLES, STZES
Elissa Pluta (830- 221-2070) for these campuses – BBES, RBES, RBPS, RCES, SES
- Pay all registration fees
- Pay the first week’s tuition
- Complete and return all appropriate forms to Cindy Gore or Elissa Pluta
No exceptions. Enrollment is limited and drop-ins are not accepted. Registration for the after school program is on-going during the school year if spaces are available. If no space is available at your site, you name will be kept on a waiting list.
COST:
August 2006-2007 registration fee of $30 per child or $45 maximum per family $30 tuition per child due weekly regardless of attendance
Payments are due by the Friday before the week of attendance. A child may not return on Wednesday if tuition for the current week has not been paid.
Fees include a snack each day
Parent handbooks with complete program procedures/policies may be obtained from the Community Education Department.
