The Comal ISD Early Childhood (Kindergarten through 2nd grade) provides opportunities for students to achieve their personal best, become responsible and productive citizens, and embrace lifelong learning in a safe and positive environment through hands-on learning, small-group focused instruction, cooperative learning groups, and whole group instruction.
The Comal ISD Pre-kindergarten program assures each eligible child the opportunity to learn the essential pre-readiness skills on a safe, warm, caring environment where learning thrives in the joy of discovery and play-activities designed to teach and where parents are invited to become partners in their child’s lifelong learning. Comal ISD offers 3 full-day prekindergarten classes (CSES, STZES and RCES) and 5 half-day classes (BBES, RBES, GFES, MES, and RCES). |
