Spanish Immersion Program
The Spanish Immersion program is designed for English-speaking students who wish to become fluent in Spanish. Students enter the program in first grade beginning 2010/2011. The curriculum for language arts/reading, mathematics, science, and social studies is delivered entirely in Spanish in first grade and until mid-year of second grade. English is introduced in the spring semester of second grade. Students are expected to continue in the program through fifth grade.
