CHILD NUTRITION SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

 Responsible for the overall operations of the department to include campus kitchens and staff, related equipment, budget, new kitchen construction and personnel.

Responsible for operational activities, food and equipment purchasing and deliveries, menu-ing, summer meals program coordinator, and supervision of Child Nutrition Services inventory staff.

Campus Operations Supervisors

 Our Supervisors, work directly with the campus Managers with the daily operations of the kitchen related to the Child Nutrition program; They insure proper procedures and policy are followed to comply with local, state and federal agencies concerning food preparation, quality of food, and safety & sanitation in the campus kitchen.
