Mission Statement

The mission of the Comal Independent School District's Child Nutrition Department, recognizing the vital relationship of nutrition and education, to ensure that every person is offered a high quality, well-balanced, nutritious meal, at breakfast and lunch, with friendly service, by qualified staff, observing high sanitation and safety standards, utilizing cost effective management practices, and following the Child Nutrition Program guidelines.
