You may download the 2007-2008 CONFIDENTIAL APPLICATION FOR FREE AND REDUCED PRICED MEALS to review at home, but you must apply using the form received either in your student(s) lunch packet OR from a CISD staff member. All grade levels are included. Applications may be turned in any time during the year and are available from your child's school or from the Child Nutrition Services office.

A new application must be completed each year, and only forms for the current year are accepted. Only one application form needs to be completed per family, with the exception of foster children, who must each be on a separate form. Once an application has been approved, it will not be necessary to complete a new application during the current school year. Call our office (830-221-2067) with any changes.

Current year Free and Reduced Priced Meals Applications are available from the Nutrition Services office or your child's school office. Complete and sign the application and return it to the Child  Nutrition Services address below or to your child's school. Your application will be processed within ten working days. You will be notified of your eligibility status.
